| The living accommodation is spacious and comfortable with lounge and open plan kitchen, dining area and breakfast area. The lounge is equipped with a 40 inch HD LCD television and Blu-Ray DVD player. Fibre Optic high-speed wireless internet and land-line telephone calls within the USA and Canada, and to the UK are provided free of charge. Excellent kitchen facilities are essential and the spacious kitchen is equipped with every appliance you will require to make your stay perfect. This includes a large cooker/oven, microwave, large fridge and ice-making freezer, waste disposal unit, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. All crockery and cutlery is provided as well as glasses and cooking utensils. For your convenience the utility room is superbly equipped with an oversize washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 4 large bedrooms capable of accommodating 8 people in comfort with 1 queen size bed, 1 double bed and 4 twin beds. The master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom, with kidney-shaped bath, walk-in shower, toilet, twin hand basins and full wall-lighted mirrors. There are also 2 large walk-in wardrobes, 1 containing a security safe. The second double bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, hand basin and wall lighted mirrors. The two twin bedrooms are inter-connected by their own bathroom which contains bath, shower, toilet, wash basin and full wall lighted mirrors. This shared bathroom can be individually locked off from the other twin to make an en suite bathroom as required. Three bedrooms are equipped with cable TV. 2 further adults can be accommodated on the lounge bed settee. A baby cot, high chair, double buggy and baby bouncing chair are also provided for the smallest members of the family. A small selection of baby bedding is provided with the cot. |
